I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, situated only 5 minutes away from the beautiful Duomo. The location was unbeatable, allowing me to easily explore the city. The room was spacious and kept cool even in the hot weather. The value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for budget travelers. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent value for money.

Heath Robinson electric arrangements. Suitable for backpackers or low budget but overpriced. Erratic reception from untrained staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tourist House Duomo. Although they don't have 24 hour reception, the staff was very helpful and kind. We had an air conditioner and quite a large room and the location was very central. For the price, you can't really beat it! I would absolutely stay here again!

Location og hot bathwater.

The reception was not available so often.

With its great location close to the city center, we could easily walk to almost everything in this city, including the train station, restaurants, and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was friendly. Also, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and comfortable.

Great price, great location, clean and spacious rooms.

When we tried to check in we were not told that we needed to check in before 9pm (our train got in later than we had anticipated) so we had to pay a fee. Also, when we arrived late, no one was there to check us in so we had to call someone at a neighboring hotel (?) that they also owned to come and check us and another waiting couple in. The employee came in a reasonable amount of time but it was just a little odd. Otherwise a great experience!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and comfortable. The location was good- right near the duomo. Was not hard to find- 10 minute walk from the train station. Would stay there again.

Excellent location and also value

The location of this inn is fantastic, as it is very close to all the main attractions and right in the heart of the city. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The host was pleasant and helpful. Although breakfast was not provided, a voucher was offered for a coffee shop nearby, where you could enjoy a quality cup of coffee and breakfast pastries.

The WiFi was not reliable during our stay.

Old linens, mattresses, etc. Not a lot of money is put back into the rooms.

Location! Walking distance to the train station and also to all the historical places in Florence. It was perfect for what we were looking for.
